Glasser is back from book leave, and there are plenty of weighty issues to tackle in her first Letter from Biden’s Washington column since returning. Wade; the Federal Reserve’s “potentially recession-sparking” interest-rate hike; and, by some counts, the millionth American death in the coronavirus pandemic. As for President Biden?
